I LOVE LOVE LOVE this site! What you ladies do is aspirational and inspirational, and I want to thank you for it. If you ever need more people to work with/for you, I’m your English friend across the ocean!

Whenever I hear about the purpose and foundations in which you two built and created this site, your message always resonates with me. Sites like these – where the soul and the human being are recognized as opposed to the clothes alone – is an outlet that more seventeen-year-olds, like me, should be more exposed to. I visit StyleLikeU on a semi-daily basis; each person in each video has influenced me in some way, beyond their clothing exterior. I first visited StyleLikeU, to feed my voyeuristic hunger for beautiful clothing in people’s closets, but that motive has shifted greatly..now it has taken a more humanistic approach – I find myself coming here for doses of wisdom, hoping that the internal beauty of these people would somehow be passed down to me.
You’re site is a breath of fresh in a sea of blogs and magazines that have robbed fashion of any artistic aesthetic and turned it into a superficial, capitalist movement where girls (even guys) are told to be some prototype in order to gain acceptance, in order to be beautiful. You have given people back what they have lost, and that is the appreciation of the individual and their expression – their art – in the form of…well, their style, of course. I celebrate this site and I applaud both of you, and the entire StyleLikeU team for pioneering such an amazing site.

P.S. And I adore the new layout, by the way!
Thank You, I love entering your sight and learning about these inspirational people. I share your philosophy and so appreciate what you do!
Thank you for promoting inspiration, liberation, and art of all types.
THANK YOU !!!!
I’ve been watching the videos on your amazing site since day one.(no joke, I found the link on Vimeo and I felt in love with your idea and concept).
I watched every video at least twice and some of them were on replay and I used to watch them whenever I had a lack of inspiration.
All these people’s style had such a great impact on my life and on te way I express myself that I can’t imagine the person I am now, without being influenced by this site. It may sound strange, but I check this site daily and if there are days when you don’t upload a new video, I just go and reply my favourites.
Who needs Vogue.com or TFS when you have Stylelikeu. Seriously ?
THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart and keep on keeping on because what you guys do is amazing.
Just discovered your blog, and watching this mission video makes me really happy- I often find myself lacking confidence in my clothes, wanting to wear something I enjoy, and that is “me”, but not knowing whether it would stop being enjoyable if people judged me for it. This site has reminded me that there are people strong enough to express themselves exactly how they want- and why shouldn’t I be one of them? So, thank you so much for that
keep up the awesome work xx
I just stumbled upon this and this website put my dreams and what I believe fashion to be in a website! I’m amazed and obsessed! Keep up the work! I hope one day to join you. xx.
Style Like U is breathtaking. I’ve been blogging for a few years now and I’ve never come across such an inspiring site as yours. Unlike many people out there I don’t follow trends, celebrities, or read vogue magazine. I simply soak in the beauty of random creative individuals who have the power to speak through dress. You guys are amazing and I wish you the most success!
Love, Amber from Beauty & The Street!

I love this site. StyleLikeU captures the story behind the outer expression of people and its really beautiful and sincere. I enjoyed seeing my friend Val and checking out other lovely people too. Good thoughts and messages beyond just surface image give me the kind of inspiration I love. You both bring out relaxed qualities of joy, reflection and self expression in those you film. Thank you.
Love your site! I really wanna see Jennifer Herrema’s closet!! PLEASE ask her if we can see!

Thank you for your mission and creating this site.. I live in a small city that doesn’t really culitivate personal style. Its easy to feel inhibited here. Meeting the people through the videos has been very inspirational. I feel my style coming to the surface, breathing more air.
Thanks!
