Grilled Eggplant Sandwiches with Lemon Aïoli, Feta, and Mint (white or brown bread)

Tuna Salad Sandwich with Mayo, Celery, Capers, and Dill (brown bread toasted)

Curried Chicken Sandwich with Mayo, Pancetta, Radicchio & Avocado (brown bread)

Grated Carrot Salad with toasted Sunflower seeds and Blueberries, Sauce: Olive oil, Lemon and Black pepper.

Sweets: Madeleines, Chocolate Chip Scones, Animal Pecan Short-breads, Mocha Muffins, Carrot Cake …etc.

Saturday: Coq au vin with mushrooms and cognac served with quinoa

Endive, frizee and radicchio salad with apples and candies walnuts

Pecan pie and vanilla ice cream.

Sunday: Lamb chops with mint and paprika crust with Vegetarian couscous.

Real tabouli. Hummus and Pita bread.

Sugar-bit cookies, mint ice cream, spiced banana cake and dates.

Monday: Duck A l’Orange with Parsnip mash

Beet and spinach salad with horseradish cream dressing and walnuts

Orange Cake with chocolate ice cream, or vanilla chocolate chip ice cream.

Tuesday: Penne pasta with Red Pepper Pesto, sweet onions and mushrooms

And Penne with Shrimp and herbed cream

Coeur de laitue with light lemon and olive oil

Chocolate cake and pistachio ice cream.

Wednesday: Roasted Chicken with roasted baby potatoes and lightly sautéed carrots, fennel, pearl onions and green beans. Mesclun salad.

Cheesecake and raspberry coulis

Thursday: Nobu-Style Black Cod with miso, serve with soba noodles and steamed bok choy

Asian matchstick salad: jicama, carrot, and celery.

Apple ginger and berry crumble.

Friday: Homemade Hamburgers and White-bean Veggie Burgers
