Houman’s appearance has a feeling of holiness. He is so reverent towards the pieces he most loves that he waits for the one perfect moment to wear them or sometimes never wears them at all. Humble and modest, it means more to Houman that they maintain their “virginity” than be worn as a display of his assets. Everything from the monkish hoods to the Amish-inspired hat wreaks of sacred. Houman has such a quiet, but palpable devotion to clothes as self expression, that he could be the new high priest of style. Given how refined and discriminating his taste is, I am sure that he would have many devout followers.

Finally, someone who has been able to verbalize the importance of holding on to a beautiful pieces in one’s wardrobe! “My [clothing] is so precious to me and important that I feel like if I wear them I tap into its virginity and then it’s not as special to me anymore. ” Houman Faramand-for Style Like You… Wow! Snaps and claps!!!

b e y o n d. someone who has a distinct eye and effortless taste. what is so inspiring about Houman is that he knows what he has wanted from the very beginning, and continues to build on that dialogue, void of any need to be a chameleon. he is creating his very own classicism, therefore making his collection invaluable. anyone, like a few of the other stylelikeu’s find humor in funny looking, thrifty clothes, whereas Houman manages to achieve a dark humor with avant, chic wears. my favorite pair of pants are the ones we will never wear out, merely owning them makes him feel special. this makes me want to go shopping and get to know who i am a little bit more.

So far Houman is my favorite. Love the kind of eccentric silhouette and his eye for black items. And talk about shoe-orgy!
ps. I just came upon this website a few days ago and am in love. Great job on such an inspiring and interesting website.

I just want to say i found this site and I freaking love it. this site is like lookbook but a million times better – love the idea of the site.
Second of all i want to say that this guy is my new hero. His effortless style is amazing, and his shoes, hats and accessories! I can get inspired by his style so easily. I wish I could pull off all black clothing.
And lastly, I need that elephant bracelet. This has inspired me to go hunting for accessories! I always thought accessories on guys looked bad but this guy can pull it off
