Hello, My name is Susan Freedman Londoner. I am a former dancer with New York City Ballet, and a photographer now living and working in Los Angeles.As a former dancer and stylist I have collected vintage clothing since I was a young woman, and have recently opened a shop in my home in Los Angeles. I wanted to thank you for posting this video on Barbara Flood. I had the great fortune of meeting Barbara for the first time yesterday at the Vintage Textile and Clothing Show at Pickwick Gardens, here in LA. As it was my first time as a seller at this event, I didn’t know Barbara, but was immediately bowled over by the beauty and style of this fabulous woman. Now I am even more thrilled to have had the opportunity to not only meet Barbara, but to know that she Barbara purchased an item of clothing ( A vintage Aztec Blazer) from my shop VINTAZIA that appealed to her. I was so intrigued by this chance meeting, that I had to search Barbara out, and the first thing I found was your blog. Barbara is beyond fabulous. She was wearing the most spectacular outfit and of course her jewelry was incredibly bold and beautiful. Everything about Barbara speaks of her amazing style, beauty and character. I wish I had, had more time to speak with Barbara, and hope to visit her shop in her home the next time I am in NY. What an inspiration! Thanks for shopping with me Barbara, but most of all thanks for introducing me to the woman that is you!

She is so fabulous!!! I love how she does the piles and piles of jewelry. It is really something that I think a woman earns with age. It looks completely natural on her, like Iris Apfel for example. I am absolutely crazy for her long tuxedo coat and how she wears it with the massive brooch!!! Absolutely fabulous!
